Information required on Blue Jay pacific project

Post by gkotyan »

Hi,

I have seen bluejay pacific residential layout project in Mysore road. Project is in very initial stage and it is exactly 2 KM inside from mysore road back to Rajarajeshwari Medical college. Builder is claiming that property is BDA approved. They are quoting 1500 psf and other amenities charges.

website link goes here: http://www.bluejay.in/

Please let me know, if anybody has any information on this project?
Is it worth to pay 1500+ for site in this area?
Is BDA approved site is clear from all litigation issue? Is it safe to opt for?
Has anybody bought plot in this property?

Thanks and Regards,

BDA approved site does not mean the land is litigation free, please get the survey number mentioned in approval, village, Hobli, district and take them to a lawyer. Lawyer would be able verify various possible litigational issues with lands. Also verify that site that you are booking is released by BDA.

Ravi,

I almost dropped this project due to various reasons:

1. Felt marketing guys are harsh and they are "0" in customer handling skills (A Big minus :) !!!!! )
2. Distance from the main road
3. It would take lot of time for the area to develop (not sure if you are intention is for investment). Hence doesn't suite for immediate construction as I was looking for.
4. Price quoted is more than the what area is worth of
4. It looks reality is different from their claim about BDA approval

Check thoroughly before finalizing. I have seen many cases where people are suffering due to illegitimate land development. There are lot of norms for BDA to approve and release sites in a layout like this. All the best and good luck, if you are a serious buyer.

Please post here, if you get more information about this site.

Hi,
It appears like BlueJay has changed the project name on Mysore Road to "Ardley" and they now proclaim to have BDA approval [ BDA/TPM/PRL-24/2011-2012-366].
The price is revised to 2100/sqft.

Does anyone have any more news on this?

Regards,
Kunal
