I am looking to buy a site in Telecom Layout on BIAL Road (Projects - GFG-1 / GFG-2 / GFG-3).
My requirement is 30/40 or 30/50 site. Price quote is around 1200/sq ft.
Direct owners preferred.

I am also looking to buy 30*40 site in GFG-2. Could you let me know how much we can afford for this per sft?
I don't have any contact of the people who bought the plot in the GFG-2.
Pls let me know whether there are any issues? or else we can buy the plot?
Today I went to GFG-2 and met the supervisor he told some 2 or 3 sites are available for sale. But we need to proceed with agents. Agents will give the contact numbers of the real owners.
Please let me know any one contact number.
