Looking for East or North facing BDA/BBMP A Katha site in Ba

All, I Am looking for East or North facing BDA/BBMP 'A' Katha site to construct a house for myself in near future (not for investment purposes).

Location: In between Kanakapura Road & Bannerghatta Road preferably closer to bannerghatta road

Budget: Can decide on available site and its dimension

Vijaya Bank layout(From BG Road 1.25KM) but will cost minimum 8000 per sft.

I know one agent who recently said there is a site(30 * 50) available on Kanakapura Road in a decently developed area.
