Want a 20x30 or 30x40 or 40x60 bda site near (withing a km) existing or proposed Metro station in Bangalore for immediate purchase.

I want the site for personal use. (I am not a broker)

Not sure about your targeted Budget.

You can try in Basavanagudi, jayanagar, Indiranagar, Rajajinagar, Malleshwara, Vijayanagar, Kasthuri nagar, MEI Layout, Basaveshwara Nagar, JP Nagar, Anjanapura & BSK 6th Stage.

Hi Ram
You can get sites on kanakpura road at raghuvanahalli cross .They have started the metro work extension already and a station is proposed right at the junction .They are in the range of 4000+ only.
Inside you have bank officers layout, bbmp employees layout and all of them are bda approved .

Thanks msn1270 and Praveen. As far as i understand Anjanapura and bsk 6th stage, the metro stations are farther than 3 to 4 km. Rest of the areas are very costly.
Will checkout Bda approved layouts near raghuvanahalli.

Is BDA approved layout as worthy and safe as direct bda formed layouts?

If you fire Blanket Queries, you will get invalid answers. Bengaluru is a huge city in terms of area and just a 'Metro'
doesn't give complete solution for all your needs. Lot more consideration is required.

First, Let us know your budget & expected convenience points ( Daily commute to work place, school, accessibility, ....etc.)
Then only people can advise you appropriately.
