Becareful while dealing of this magnititude since it is 1 crore plus for 40X60, simple reason not all are educated and understand the selling formalities, it is better to be careful then putting finger in fire especially in Bharath housing and jayanagar housing layout, price are very high and no buyers. You know brokers and businessmen rule this area. Better to be cautious since i burnt my finger over here. I would say better to buy from owners and dont deal with any agreement or third party people.
