I came across Raja Housing who have some plots after the Nice Road Junction on Kammanahalli Main Road. They told me it would cost 1500 Rs with A Khata.

But No houses were built and that too after the nice road junction. So I didnot prefer it.

Hi Vamsee,

I have seen Raja Iris 6 months back. One house is being constructed near to the Begur Road entrance. But the problem is the sites on the other side i.e., Bannerghatta road are not good and there is a small grave used by christian community within the layout. There are no sellers available in the begur road part of Raja Iris.

I directly contacted Raja Housing as i know them, i had been to their office and checked out the sites available with them(sites held by developers),all are adjacent to the grave .. Some are there away from grave and all are big odd dimension sites. So my budget didnt allow to take. So even i left it.. This is my experience with Raja Iris

in nobel, thw owner agreed to give for 2300psft(its on main road), thats why the high price.
but he needs a lot of cash. So it wont work.

In eagle ridge, i am considering a site which is very far from high tension wire. Common amenties are not shown on layout plan. So developer might take them later.
I am not sure about this. Also, the layout plan doesn't show the roads width inside the layout etc.
what can be the problems later because of the hi-tension power line?
Also, when you say it falls in to the green belt border, what does it mean & what can be the problems because of that?

Dear Members,

What is the reasonable price range in Nobel Residency. Brokers are quoting Rs. 2500-2700. I feel this is too much inflated.

I am looking for a site in and around this location. Any information from people searching in this location would be really helpful.

I had talked to two people in nobel. Now, both of them have decided not to sell their sites
So i dont have any other number.. infact i m searching myself..

I actual price in nobel is just 2000psft for 60*40 and 30 * 50. brokers & some owners are trying to inflate the price. i would say don't buy till you get the right price.
I found some owners agreeing for that price. but for some reason they are not selling their sites.

I totally agree we should target 2000 sqft. I have got contact of the developer who said he will get back to me on the sites availability. Shall we talk together for a buld deal as I myself with my friend need 3 sites of 30x40 size and you both together will make it 4 sites.

Some of my relatavies own sites in Bobel residency. Its a decent layout at elevated place. I think the have laid cauvery pipe line in throught that layout. You can contact a person who lives in that area 9900422066 and was an associate of the original developer of that layout.
