Cost of Construction per Sqft in Yelahanka Newtown

Hello,
Could anyone please tell what would be the cost of construction per sqft in Yelahanka Newtown,Bangalore.
Site Measurement - 20 X 30 = 600 Sqft.
My plan is to construct a duplex house with
Underground - Vehicle parking.
Ground Floor - Hall , Kitchen,Pooja room, Single room and common bathroom and toilet.
1st Floor - 2 Master bedrooms with attach bathroom and toilet.

Requirements -
Vitrified tiles , Upvc windows , teak main doors, Modular kitchen.
