Anybody with 60x20 site in Anjanapura 11th Extension?

Anybody with 60x20 sq feet (18x6meter) site in Anjanapura 11th Block Further Extension?
I got a approved plan from BDA complex but as per that I need to leave at least 30% of the total site dimension for car parking space (South facing) + 2.16meters in the front, 1.44meter in the back and 1 meter to one side of the site.

Moreover if I go by the Approved Plan I got from BDA I dont think its live able at all as I had plan to construct a 2 bhk in the ground floor and 3bhk in the 1st floor.

Please advice.

are you sure the site is 60x20 and not 60x40. It is very rare for a 60x20 dimension for sites.

I was supposed to be allotted a 30x40...sinnce BDA did not have them, they gave me 20x60 @ 7th block. Strange, but true !!

@m3_07 -> Have you applied for Approval plan? If so is it matching with the concerns I have quoted in the Original post?

I would consider 20x60 as 20x30, with no setbacks. Find a seller & dispose that off. Else, other option is, look for your neighbor & you may buy that 20x60 too. This which makes it 40x60. I tried doing this, the financials did not get through.

Have these BDA people/officers wantedly allotted these sites with such crap dimensions (60x20) so that we cannot use it and construct a proper house?

Is the 60" facing the road? You may want to construct row of shops in the later years?

Nope 20" is facing the road. Can anybody in Anjanapura BD layout upload their House approval plan for 60x20 sites or email it to me -> visaunni@gmail.com so that I can compare with mine?
