Campan Valley - Varthur, Whitefield

Hi All,
Visited the Campan Valley - a layout with around 350 sites near Varthur. Looks good as a layout and location is ok (could develop in the next 3-5 years). priced around Rs 2700-3000 per sq ft. I observe that the developer developer has not finalized the exact plot size, there are different statements ... some ads say starting at 3000 sp ft, some say 2751 sq ft, and some say starting 2100 sq ft. Not sure if the planning is complete as yet. But developer claims several plots are already sold and has only sites adjoining the compound and only odd sites. Probably this could be a ploy all developers follow i.e. first sell all odd sites, and all sites not located in the centre of the layout.

Your views on the layout in terms of location, price, suitability to build/live there, investment potential etc are welcome
