Shirdi Sai Nagar Layout, Thanisandra

Hi,

I am planning to buy a site 30 X 40 in Shirdi Sai Nagar Layout, in Thanisandra. Layout is beyond Rastrothana Vidya Kendra.

Its a B-Khata(DC conversion) site with roads, water and sewage facilities. Price is little high 4000/- Main reason to go for is layout is developed and many houses and shops have come up there and approach wise it was fine.

Wanted to know are there any issues with that area?

There is a Arkavathi area next to this layout. How to know survey no where site belongs does have any BDA notification?

What all things needs to be taken care while purchasing B-Khata site?
