Can one buy a house/floor part of two storied building

Hi,

We two friends planning to buy a property that contains 2BHK with Car Park at ground floor and duplex on FF & SF built on 30X40 dimension plot. In this one wants to buy the 2BHK that is there in ground floor and another wants to buy the duplex house and register separately, Is this possible? In case possible how we have to proceed on this, request group members to guide us on this.

yes it is possible to buy the Ground Floor and duplex on FF & SF separately, the land portion has to be shared proportionately similar to buying a flat.

Bank loan is possible, subject title certificate and plan for GF, FF & SF
