Important for Vacant plot owners

Post by bdasitesmvlayout »

Dear friends,

Was given to understand that the Karnataka Govt has issued a circular stating that, notice would be sent to all the vacant plot owners of SMV layout & Anjanapura to start construction of houses immediately or else action would be taken against them. The minister for Bangalore town planning has issued the circular. It is attached herewith. Please go through.

Since all the basic infrastructure is already provided in the layouts, holding the plots without starting construction on it will initiate action itseems.

Regards,
Vajra

Hi,
I am 2nd block Anjanapura BDA layout resident,

The fact is

 No water supply is provided to us till date.
 No proper roads,
 Both the sides of road used as dump yard throughout the main roads. No control for such activities.
 Roads are not asphalted where houses are constructed, only main roads are asphalted.
:? Chaotic condition in 20x30 blocks. I suggest BDA not to accommodate 20x30 blocks. Because these BDA people show least sympathy to provide basic amenities to these blocks. They see only 100 feet roads, 80 feet roads and site located in 40x60 blocks only.
:x The entire block is filled with weeds, roads covered with bushes, trees etc.,
 No telephone-landline facility.
 No nearby bus stop to 1st block, 2nd block residents, they should take a walk about 2 km to near by anjanapura bus stop.
:P Many street lights are near trees which gives light to tree ( may be street lights are provided to give light to birds who has nest in the tree during night times). - A nature friendly movement by BDA.
 Only 20 feet or lesser wider roads in 20x30 blocks, and BDA set standards for other layouts.
 Commercial complex is only in the map
 No sign boards, cross road numbers, main road numbers etc.,
:D No proper postal service, Postman comes once in a month.
;) Noise free environment because no one wants to pass through anjanapura bda layout
 welcome by plenty of stray dogs

Same situation to see in all the blocks of Anjanapura BDA Layout.

We request BDA Authorities to kindly provide all the facilities to the layouts and then ask for construction of houses. Hon'ble Minister's (both ruling and opposition or any other party's ministers) first visit the Layouts and then give such comments.

I think it applies to entire Visweshwariah layout and parts of Anjanapura layout where all infrastructure is provided.

Dear friends,

Suddenly in the last few months, in the first block, there have been a lot of people taking possessions of the vacant sites and constructing temporary sheds etc.. and staying there.

Request you all to visit your respective sites and make sure your your site is protected.. Be in touch with your neigbouring sites owners so you know what is happening around your site.

Also, BDA people have started the survey of vacant sites itseems.

Has cauvery water pipes been laid in ALL layouts and how many years they took to do that? So BDA should pay us FINES for not providing amenities. Sites look like barren land, everybody has to put their own borewell, and bribe ppl for BESCOM connections. Road cutting attracts BRIBES of 10,000/ plus. NExt is construction mafia: Why has the sand rate becomes 10 times in the last 5-6 years? Is it possible for a common person to pay 70,000-1,00000/ per lorry load of sand to build? We should ask the idiots who think of such ideas to answer these questions FIRST and then consider other idiotic reasons to force people to build. Almost every BDA official loots people to the maximum starting from: giving forms, submission, allotment and tax payment. Please probe how many people in BDA office have multiple sites and relatives have multiple sites?

Frankly speaking build a small house and rent it off. Will aid: tax paid expense, penalties on vacant sites, site security, generate little income. Raze the old building once all amenities comeup to build your own mansion!
