Please let me know the price in Anjanapura 10th block

I want to buy a site in Anjanapura 10th block and the site is far from main road and agent told me it cost 4150 rs per sqft.

4150 rs seems to be cheaper. I heard from 4500 to 5000 rs.
Again it depends on how close to the main road and houses built around the sites.

Yes it was near to l&t crusher and stonequary no homes around .

In 2nd block anjanapura it is 3700 rs
