Please let me know your opinion/reviews 'Golden Meadows' a BDA approved layout near Sunikere, around upcoming kempegowda layout.
Whats the current price in this area? Is it safe & right place for investment?

Hi Udaya,

Small suggestion: If you want to invest on real estate then wait for two to three months’ time. All Former in KG layout are getting sites from BDA with No Due Certificate (NOC). You can directly purchase the sites from the Former (For former there is no locking period). For BDA sites more value will be there and Banks also believe BDA sites for loan.

Why dont you wait for another few months,BDA will call for application in another 2-3 months once they release final list,refund is done. They will call for 10K application for allotment.

The way BDA is delaying allotting 5000 sites as a first cut I don't think BDA will call for second set of sites in this year.
