I am looking for BDA approved layouts in north bangalore near Vidyaranyapura , kodigehalli etc.
I came across Rajeev Gandhi nagar / NTI layout.
I heard/read there exists some legal issues with this layout.
Could anyone throw more light on this ?
Safe to buy site in Rajeev Gandhi nagar ?

Hi,
Please beware of this layout! A week ago i being a contractor started digging for a compound wall construction at NTI laypout phase 2, all was fine for two days after people calming to be previous land owners came and asked me to stop the work immediately. Which i had to as i was not aware of any litigation with the current site.
These people also said if the owners pays a xyz sum they will allow to construct the compound but will not allow construction of a house.
Will keep you updated as things progress.
