Rate in KHB Yelhanka New Town

Hi All,

Does anyone know what the rate is in KHB layout in Yelhanka New Town. The KHB layout is divided into 407 , 707 and A sector. 407 in particular is very beautiful and I am interested in buying a site if its possible so would like to get a sense of the rates there.

I enquired with a few brokers and the rate they quote is 3500 and above..
