Thanks for ur feedback yes I accept the rates in this block are low because of the reason u have mentioned.When i was enquiring round six months back it was around RS1800 for north and RS1600 for south, on this only I predicted the rates could be around RS 2300 now.

Good that ur frequently visiting SMV, plz update us on the development, I checked with BWSSB,and the cuvery work will be done by April-2012, as a first phase.
If u have any updates about the roads and other works please share with us.

Hi friends,

As per my knowledge price is as follows
1st block : 2200-2300 /sqft
2nd block : 2000 - 2100 /sqft ( if its next to ring road then its 1800 /sqft )
3rd block : 2200 /sqft
4th block : 2000 /sqft since its in doddabasti area
5th block : 2300-2500 /sqft
6th block : 2300-2500 /sqft
7th block : 2000-2100 /sqft

This is ongoing price in SMV layout. If the site face is south/west then it will be 100 to 200rs lesser than the ongoing market price.
It may take another two years to complete work.

The prices mentioned by u is based on ur knowledge or did u enquire some one in SMV.
I guess the prices mentioned by u is not as per current market rates in SMV

If i get the price above 2500 rs/sq ft, i will sell my north facing site 1200 sq ft.
