HI
you can buy the plot here, but check the water and sanitary line is connected or not to the plot and also check the measurement before booking, for some of the plots wate line is not provided but in broachure they tell it is provided, pl ensure before booking the plot and also make sure you will get the water in the given connection. and this whole layout is controlled by some loclal family and some goup of builders.
