wrong occupancy of BDA plot.

I guess its not with just one bank. Recently one of my friend bought a plot in AECS layout. He dont have any plans to construct house but he approached LIC for loan. LIC sanctioned Composite loan. When my friend told them that he dont have any plans for house, they said they dont care.

Who knows that tomorrow a new manager may come and he may raise the issue that having taken composite loan, there is no house and the new manager may raise objections.

Sales team is worried about their targets and higher management is worried about quarterly profits of bank. In the end its the genuine buyers who have to suffer not just from Govt, but from these kind of financial lenders.

Dear Sir,
The best way is to make a decent compromise and execute a exchange deed.
Simple, easy and inexpensive. If you approach the court, you will get the desired result after a long time and you will have to pay for it.
Think well and decide.
