Yup u r right. I Gave post dated cheque.

How many days post-dated cheques will they accept? What is the time frame required to check the papers thoroughly?

cant give a generic reply.

we, group of 4 friends, each gave 2 weeks pdc for 7 sites in total. 2 from the group have previous investment experience with msr in their north city project in thanisandra.
based on their prev experience we expect verification to be completed in 7-10 days.

note that msr claims to return booking amt with no penalty in case of issues in documentation.
we are doing this as additional precaution. When I was in their office, I saw many people booking cash down!!

It is pretty much standard 'unwritten' rule in bangalore now that you need to pay adv booking before getting papers for verification - with all major builders Shobha, Prestige.
I personally found it comforting that MSR were willing to accept PDC.

Booked at a whopping discount of 9 rs . when i asked for discount, they politely showed me the queue of people waiting to book.
ended up booking at 801. because i tagged along with exisiting customers of msr, got 9rs off.

Hi Folks,

I want to know if any of you are able to get a sale aggrement done with these guys? They said the sale aggrement will happen a week after the booking. I booked a site on August 14th, and was looking forward for a sale aggrement after 10 days or so. But since then, I have been trying to reach them for this, they say their lawyer is on a vacation and so they are unable to prepare papers. According to them it wont happen before the end of September. Did any of you have the same experience ? Or are they making lame execuses. Please help me!!!
