All Sellers n Buyers: Please remember BDA Allots 9 X 12 mtr sites which is 1162.6 Sq.ft Not 1200 sq.ft.
( Only 9.15 X 12.2 Mtrs makes 1200 Sq.ft which is not in practice by BDA).

When you do negotiations on sq.ft basis, Pay for 1163 sq.ft not for 1200 sq.ft.


if we go as a seller and ask for the plot price of that specific area from the Brokers, we get a totally different figure than the sudheer(atleast 30% lesser) mentioned here. So which one we need to take as reference for doing transaction ?

This is applicable to other dimensions as well. So 40x60 is a little less than 2400 sq ft and 50x80 is less than 4000 sq ft etc

I have a BDA site & the allotment is for 1200 SFT. I presume that the seller has rounded off the meters to the closest decimal. Also, I do have a site at SMV, where the SFT measures 1200.

If you managed to get your expected price, it is a good amount. However, there would be positive developments on the anvil...timelines - not sure !!
