If I may ask, where all did you have to go for variations from what the contractor proposed in Rs1300? Flooring (better tiles/granite), electrical and bathroom fittings etc.
Usually, as per my current understanding, most of the contractors take vitrified tiles worth about Rs 50 each for flooring and Anchor Roma as the default electrical fitting choice in the quote ranging around 1450- 1550/sq ft. Could you please elaborate on what you actually went for that shot up the rate to 1800? This might help a lot of us who are in the initial stages of construction now. Of course, there's no upper limit when it comes to how much one can spend on fittings/finishing
