Hi bapi, I spoke to an agent yesterday and was told that the price is around 3000 psqft in 11th block (near Recoup). I found this expensive as I could see prices listed as 2200 to 2300 before few months. So, I find your deal expensive. I would advise you to sincerely enquire and make a decision as agents and paying a higher price is not only going to affect you, but all potential buyers in Anjanapura.

Hi,
Definitely i will not take any step which effects the rates. Yes as you said near recoup, the rates are 3000/-. This site is actually just one row behind the royal county, around 300m from Royal county park and here only few rows are 30 X 40 sites and most of them are 30X20 BDA. I enquired today with two owners staying at same locations, they feel it is ok i.e nor less or more. Cost was around 2800 around 2 years back. Since it is through resale, i guess reseller is keeping some margin and this would have been good savings if i could get direct owner. Sites in Royal county and Deepak layout are sold around 3600 to 4000, so this being BDA is still looks OK. I will keep posted on this.. let me know if any one have any idea on the rates of 30X40 sites as per the area i have mentioned.

3800 psf in anajanapura? Are you sure if it is per square feet rate? looking at the other rates i is almost close to price of 2 sqare feet.

Rs 3800 is too high. Costs have been rising slowly but not this high, and not this quickly. Rs 2800 2 years ago for a BDA site is nothing but a sci-fi story concocted by somebody - a greedy broker perhaps.
