The only worry with Gunjur area is about the proposed BDA layout notification (to be done?). I want to go for it provided there is BDA NOC for it.
Any one has information on it?

we went there, no development at all. Only land is cleaned. Dont know when they start development of streets, plots marking etc., Then we can see for amenities like sewage, water facility etc.,
There is a mud road to approach the layout right now. It is behind Krupanidi college towards Gunjur from Sarjapur road.
