There was an article in Time of India dated 15th March 2014 regarding the water problem in Anekal district.
The builder and developers shall never like that as it hits their sales badly. The water table is really poor in the area and the water is extremely hard.
The KHB Surya City phase 1 has very hard water and barely can be used for any purpose. JR Urbania lies next to KHB Surya City.

JR Housing claims JR Urbania has Cauvery water, what a joke. The cauvery water has not even reached Electronic City, how can it be available in non BBMP areas.
This is mere advertising tactics to sell their plots and once sold, then who cares.

Anyone who tells the truth about the area, JR Housing people brand them agents. The fact is JR Housing pays online forum owners to write positive about them, delete negetive comments and truth about them so that they can sell their property to more people and victimize them. They are real land sharks, who can even sell water depleted land by calling their layout as Lake view.

JR Urbania is attached to KHB Surya City '2' next to Lingapura Village. It's at a good 2.5 km distance from KHB Surya City '1' which Dinesh P is talking about.

Cauvery water for KHB Surya City Phase 2 and JR Urbania is not a joke, but authentic information. This information can be verified at the BWSSB office directly. The BWSSB have called for tenders to lay the water lines already. The work is expected to commence shortly.

About Dinesh P's statements on JR Housing, that's the actual JOKE ! Someone calls Dinesh P a 'Donkey', he doesn't become one either unless there's some authentic information posted to justify the statement. Rest I will leave it for our good readers to judge.

Any idea when KHB Suryanagar phase I will get Cauvery water.Last year during Sep(2013) i heard Phase1 will get water by April,2014 as BWSSB is calling tenders.The progress i see after 1 year is calling tenders.Is the tendering process completed ?If completed who won the tender and whether the contractor has started work?If the work started when is the due date set for the contractor to complete the work.Sure KHB suryanagar will get water but it is still long way to go.It will take minimum 3 years for KHB Suryanagar Phase I to get water.

Today i enquired in Suryanagar phase I LIG 1&2 association office about kauvery water as i am staying in Phase I.The association people said tenders are called and last month irrigation minister said work will start after deewali.He(irrigation minster) said work will be completed in 18 months as quoted by association people.If you add another 1 year minimum(we know govt promises will take more time than they promise) it will take 30months(2.6Years).Hoping for the best.Please share if anyone has more information.
