The carpenter rates looks pretty cheap, I am not sure on the Quality of work. Can you please let me know his Quality of work that is being carried out?
Does he have prior experience in fixing of hettich hinges?

80Rs -85Rs is the current price for carpenters. I have enquired couple of them and have got similar prices.
Please check with other carpenters before accepting the quote of 230 that you got from your carpenter.

@suneelkoyi i stay near by i just enquired in both the shops bhagawan red sal 950rs n shankar rs1000 and burma teak wood rs3000 ....will they nego further or its fixed price ther ...wat is the quantity of red sal u purchased?

I checked again. 80-85Rs is for Door frames, Windows etc.. For Wardrobe the ongoing rates are in the range of 215-230Rs per sqft. This includes box type wardrobes plus formica sheets applied on top of it. I checked in other areas too. The rates are pretty much the same. The only differentiator is the amount of wastage these carpenters generate which has to be at a minimum because of the cost of the plywood sheets used in the ward-robes.
