Reviews do no look good !!
Yeah. Agents were quoting very high prices and I had talked directly to the builder; He was quoting Rs 1800 per sqft in LakeDew and I was really surprised to see that agents were quoting Rs 2500 per sqft.

I also saw Silver oak second phase, there is a lake near to lake dew and silver oak, i am not sure where does this lake connect to, but i think Lake dew's draiange is connected to this lake and also silver oaks may also be connected to this lake, will this become a problem in future ? this lake becoming a big drainage ?

The Quarry is open, the quarry i am talking about comes after the Silver Oak Second phase, this is if you are going on the Tropical Paradise road, you have to continue on that road, there is a slum, after that there is a big quarry, from there you can see second phase being developed.

Hi....
Quarry near to residential area is always a trouble, there are many buildings developed huge cracks due to blast impact. There was the same problem in Swiss town and Hollywood town near to sadarahalli quarry. They are now happy after the quarry is closed due to BIAL .
Govt will pass the orders to close the quarry once the surrounding areas are developed in to the residential, but then its a long battle .
