Thanks sholla. Our bathrooms are modest size as well (its a 30x50 site) so I think 8-10 K should reasonable. Also we are not using concealed cisterns.

even im in search of plumbing contractor he is quating 8k per for basic bathroom and 12 k for high end fixtures like wall hung comod n showwer mistures n rates r bathroom wise n im yet to see his work

For my plumper I'm giving 11K for ( two bathrooms + kitchen ) for a floor. (Both bathrooms are adjacent to each other) G+2 floor with 5 bathrooms, I'm paying him 27.5K. 2k for RWH and seperate charge for road cutting 2k.

y im asking coz most of the people charge more for wall hung comod n shower panels n other fixtures

2K for RWH and 2K for road cutting is very good. Is road cutting for both water and sewage connections? I got a quote of 10K for road cutting

Actually my contractor referred him, still now he has completed water lines to all bathrooms. It seems his work is ok.
My bathroom is with normal commode and mixer and with solar line. Kitchen with single sink. He is single person doing all work. Plumper task includes 2 sewage chambers, for additional I think need to pay extra.

Regarding road cutting charge I’m not sure, I think it for both water lines. I have already done Sewage connection in my site by paying 1500.
