Does anyone know if BESCOM has now made all temporary connections to be only 28 days (i.e. have they cancelled the "56 day" connection ??). My electrician claims so. Anyone ?

Could you please tell me how many kilowatts electricity is required for G+2 with borewell. Yet to start construction.
How much is the fine if we exceed load? Is KIlowatt enough for the above purpose? The requirement is only for temporary connection.

it depends on the HP rating of your borewell motor.

Mine is texmo 3hp single phase 40 stage hence opted for single phase electricity as recommend by electricians and few others. I believe it depends on depth of borewell. I am going for single phase 2kw. Is that sufficient?

it would sufficient. Ideally recommended is about 3Kw as you have a 3 Hp motor and if contractor uses welding or other electric intensive equipments when motor is running your Kw reading would be higher.
