As of now I am buying putty and primer from local hardware shop in J P NAGAR 8th Phase .
Birla Putty- 1010/-
Asianpaint exterior Primer 20lts- 2400/-

Thanks a lot. This is useful information. I am going to sp road tomorrow to buy all my paint requirements at once. Will keep you updated.
