Except sanitry works, plumbing is the trivial work at least for residential purpose.
You may need expert plumber only for installation of costly items.

Standards used in india are comparable to western countries w.rt. plumbing.

How did you proceed with the plumbing for your house. I am in a similar dilemma.

My work list prepared by the architect is almost alomst same as yours and have received a quote of 3,76,000. Any inputs from you or the forum members will definitely help.
