Yes, Price fixed by BDA is very very high. Common people can not afford this high price.
As you said, private layout developers are selling plots for lesser price with all amenities (ready to construct the house).

BDA will take minimum of 5 years to develop.

We have been allotted a site in Kempegowda Layout. Even I find the price of the site very high, also, I won't be getting the loan from bank for that amount. Anyhow, I saw this article for deccan herald regarding BDA revising the site prices, it says and I quote "the sites measuring 20x30 square feet will be priced at 25 per cent of their present guidance value while 30x40 feet sites will cost 40 per cent of their guidance value.The prices for sites measuring 40x60 feet and 50x80 feet have been revised to 70 pc and 90 pc of their guidance values, respectively. Hitherto, the BDA used to charge close to Rs 2,100 per sq metre on a flat charge basis. In other words, a BDA site aspirant will have to shell out Rs 72 lakh for a 50x80 sq feet site whereas a 20x30 sq feet site will cost close to Rs 2.96 lakh."

I have also been allotted a site, Just wanted to know in which block does this first allottemnt happen??? there are 9 blocks I think..
If they are giving in block 1 and block 2.. where exactly are these blocks??

does anyone have any map?

Kommaghatt, Sulekere, Ramsanrd,....All Blocks are distributed in these villages. 9 Block is very far otherwise all Blockes are close to each other.

Allotment will happen in all Blocks except 8th and 9 th (Assumption).

Need to know which dimension sites are belong to which block (3rd block is full of 30X40).

So the first list of allottees might get somehwere in Kommaghatta, Ramasandra and Sulikere right?

Yes.
In another two weeks they are going to map the sites to each allotee.

Number of sites is in progress. All cross and map of all blocks are inprogress.
In the month of Sep all allotees should get the allotment letter. Because BDA need money.

So where does 3rd block located.

3rd and 4th blocks are very close and located near Kommaghatta. After Kommaghatta lake and village rigth side is 3rd block and left side is the 4th block.

BDA had marked with Block number. Villagers will guide the block numbers.

2nd block is very close to kannahalli.
