How deep is the basement from ground level? Even I was planning to have a basement , just wanted to know.

Hi.
It is around 8 feet below ground level. As the site is 3feet slope towards one end to one end . the estimate cost will be Rs.1800 to 2000 per square footfor sesimic zone 3/design. Including waterproofing for basement.
