I see people quoting a year ago ~1400-1500Rs. I also saw few people quoting higher too. Again these are the numbers I pulled by doing Google search...ground realty could be different too. Are there any houses in the layout? what kind of facilities do they have currently?

Yes, Absolutly correct, Am also staying in banashankari.....there is no growth at all from last 5 years.... simply real estate people hyped the prices, again recission is hitting the IT sector...i saw people are selling for 1500 to 2000 max...

my cousin bought a site in 2008 for Rs 1850/Sqft in anjanapura. now we told the agents to sell, they r quoting Rs 1600 to Rs 1700 range. if u ask the same agent to buy they quote around Rs 2000 for the same. its all game
one of agent told me he brought 4 sites (agreement from owner), not able sell as there is no buyers in Anjanapura

Hi, Agents are like that and it is very true IT IS A GAME. The objective is simple and straight forward while buying or selling if the price is within or according to your budget based on the market price the transaction happens, irrespective of Agents quoting high prices and over all I see guys over here are searching for site since a long time and I understand that Agents cannot get their way on with their prices
