It will be better place only if BWSSB provides water and Drainage. Then only BDA will tar the roads. Have any checked with BWSSB?

Last month I visited BSK-2 BDA office and asked Engineer Narappa and Byrappa, they said full money has been remitted to BWSSB from BDA. Now it is left with BWSSB to provide amenities. Now we all together drag BWSSB to court like how somebody handling BDA with Justice Nazeer Ahamed. Else we should only dream during our lifetime like Jaya Nagara, Koramangala, HSR,,,,,,.............. so.............on...

Why is it far fetched ? You should have seen Indiranagar in the early 80s, when buffaloes were grazing and houses were sparse. HSR was unlivable when BDA had formed the layout. Anjanapura with metro on either side, and with easy access to Nice road will be a great layout in the future

I own a 30'x40' site at Anjanapura 9th Block-West Facing.

Could anyone explain me what will happen to the quarry once the construction begins on these sites. My site is located just before the quarry and is facing it. Any idea of the ground water table in the 9th block. Anybody planning to construct soon in this block.

Guru, i have a site in 9th block and planning to construct soon. Water table not yet surveyed, though the chances are slim.
they might wire around the surroundings of the whole quarry and later might fill that(but that will be a possibility only once people start living there).

Quarry sites eventually go away and become hospitals/apartments etc. Usha apartments in Jayanagar, apparently, used to be a quarry site.

Now Query sites near 5th G block getting compounded by NICE company

On the lighter side, for all you know, if the stone quarry is found to contain premium granite, you all would be rich overnight !!

Some of the upmarket residential places in Hyderabad is all stone grounded.

I am planning to start as soon as i find atleast one person willing to start construction in 9th block.
I spoke to the secretary of 10th and 11th block last week and he said the same thing that has been discussed umteen times on the forum " the advance amount has been paid to BWSSB by BDA but they are yet to invite tender"

My site is midway between blossom appartment and the Quarry.
