I made a visit to SMV 1blk two weeks back,still no such progress except the WIP for fencing the hosakere lake and also to the park which is in 1st blk.

Water may be given but to get a connection BWSSB has thier own regulation.

I was a little surprised to see many brokers quoting 3500/sft for sites in Block-1, 3, and 5. They said these blocks fetch the highest rates. I had also been Block-1 last week and saw that BDA has finally cleared the inner roads of the weeds, flattened and compacted the roads and have heaped stone chips in between the roads. Looks like they were going to tar the inner roads here very soon. I also saw the high rise construction of KHB across the lake; I also remember seeing a tender notice by BDA earlier this year for a multiplex in this complex. The inner ring road which is parallel and close to Blk-1 seemed to be getting more upmarket with many shops of varied kinds including Cafe Coffee Day outlet amongst others. The place should be livable once water supply is connected and more houses come up which would give a community feel to the place. I hope that day is not far.

Thanks for the updated Parkom, as I didnot find a chance to see abt the KHB project which is close to 1st blk.

However I could not find any developments of internal road near to my site, water connection would be available during end of this yr, as i saw in the news that kengeri is also a part of Cauvery 4th phase project.
