From Formers it is no problem. Formers can sell the site immediately after the BDA allocate the site.

Arkavathy allottes have staged a protest in front of BDA office.

They are asking either to give them sites in Kempegowda layout or halt the KG layout allotment until Arkavathy issue resolves !!!!!

You are true. Arkavathy allotees are forcing BDA to allocate sites before KG Layout.

This BDA is totally messed up in case of Arkavathy layout. BDA needs to clean up the Arkavathy issues.

Hope this will not happen for KG layout as BDA had taken the full precaution and forming the layout. If the land is not clear then they are not developing layout/blocks. out of 4036 Acres BDA had got 2000 Acres and they are forming the all blocks in the cleared land only.

Hope once registration is over then there will not be any issues this time.

BDA has to take dicesion fast delaying will create more problems. If they are ready with list they have to publish, I am not sure how may times the list is placed in board for discussion and approval.
Why so much of politics is involved, yes or no will help us in taking better dicesion

fed u of this bda.... they cant even return the money back,,its pathetic..horrible they are...everytime for everything they take a mnth time.
they dont talk abt the interest for holding the money back for so many months.......at 10% interest for 3 lacs , they have to pay 2.5k per mnth for us...

There is an Article in TOI today with BDA sites allotted to Politicians which is under discussion to review them by govt to BDA, is this gone affect NKG layout Final list or to publish it, they are taking hell lot of time to publish the final list and return money to un-allocated people. this is so frustrating.

Any news on when will final list will be announced.

My personal feeling is after BBPM elections things are getting delayed, is there any link, any manipulation going on in provisional list.... Why so much of delay.... there is no proper reason from the concerned people. How many approvals are required... There is no defined date, all the dates are getting postponed.. we cannot fight against the govt... they have already mentioned in application what ever might be the status of allotment they will refund the amount (base) and no interest will be paid... we all have agreed for the same before submitting application... we cannot approach legally also.... we are paying hefty amount as interest... Feeling sad and bad..

Is there a solution????
