Great...
Yes you pay the full amount then BDA will give you one date. The same date will be given to others also. They do registration in team of some people. Not one by one. And one more thing is no one will come with from BDA to register office. BDA letter and signature is enough.

What are your views on the Real Estate 2016 Act. This Act is applicable on any organisation, GOVT or Private. As per the act, The Organisation will have to register to the regulatory Board in 3 Months, this act is applicable on all ongoing projects. This Act ensure Customer, Rather Builder interest.
1) 70% of the amount collected should be deposited and used only for layout development as per the Act, but BDA is telling the revenue from the NKG layout will be used for STEEL BRIDGE.
2) BDA has not announced the Deadline or Handover Date of the Site, without this how it can ask for full payment in 3 months. As per the act, the complete payment should be done only when there is full handover.
3) BDA called notification " It said we are forming layout in Bangalore, give us initial deposit, for which we will not give interest " to our money with no deadline, after one year thousands of people are waiting for money. BDA should declare what amenities it is providing, Layout plan before collecting money after the Final list is announced.
4) Very important point - As per the Act, if builder fails to meet the announced dead line. Then Builder has to pay the EMI for loans untill the possession is given.
After the final list is out, we have to form Association and As per the Act, Customer is allowed to form a welfare association. and then Ask All this to BDA with a court notice, Real Estate Act 2016 supersedes BDA Act i think, so they have to answer first and then collect money. Once the Final List is out, guys dont worry they cannot remove you from the list for any reason, since BDA checked it for 1 Yr and it will not stand in court as well.

BDA had time to update about the steel bridge but not for final list. They are testing our patience.

Yes KJ George updated photos and mentioned regarding acquisition of Land in the Kempegowda Badavane. Its not on allotment meeting...

They have tested the patience, they will continue to test it.. They need to update all the applications with correct reason why its being delayed.. MLA Suresh Kumar said that he had written letter Jeorge to allot the sites in Dec 2015 itself Or at the end pay interest to unsuccessful applicants.
