I think Mr.Jagadeesh is getting confused. He might be thinking that our layout is after 56.4 kms and again have to follow 6 kms more to reach the layout. Sorry, my mistake to explain.

From Kengeri side NICE office (which is beside BSK 6th stage) from there layout is hardly 800 meters.

GOOD NEWS ABOUT OUT PREMIUM VILLA PLOTS

As I was saying that approval under process and lots of members in this forum asked many questions regarding this - when approval will come, why not there, how many days it will take, I am afraid of investment as approval not there, if I make advance booking then where's is the guarantee of approval, development related questions, etc. Even many people mailed me directly about the layout and approval.

Only I told it will come by this December or January 2012

Now, finally waiting is over.

LAYOUT GOT THE BDA APPROVAL.

Approval letter sanctioning, commencement certificate, layout plan approval. All has been done by the BDA office.

After Shankranti and before 20th January 2012 they will release all the necessary documents on BDA approval.

For those who are there and those who are new in this particular topic that development work will start now, immediate registration is also possible, loan from all leading banks is also possible.

NOTE: Price will be revised now.

Immediately I will post the approval number here once we receive. If possible will post a copy of approval letter.

what is the revised price now psf?

Rate now is 1950/- per sq. feet including base cost, development cost, 3 years maintainance, club house construction. Regular plots price is this for premium (if corner or park facing) then 10% extra and if premium (corner and park facing both) then 15% extra.
