Also , on enquiry, I have been told categorically that :
1. The plan Sanction has come in March'2012.
2. That the 60 % of the sites have been release by BDA and that the Khata also have come for the 60 % released sites.
3. That the balance 40 % shall be released after completion of Road, sewerage, cabling, drainage, water connections. On physical visit, i have found that , they have already completed Underground Sewerage, Underground Water supply, Underground Electricity Cabling, Compound Wall ( about to be finished ) , Underground Drainage ( work going on ), Landscaping ( work going on ). They say that after completing Drainage work and once 2-3 rains come, they will start the Road Work and complete the Layout.
4. They claim that they have the Legal Opinion from the Panel Lawyers of SBI and LIC and that they are expecting Project Approval soon. Based on the Legal opinion , any buyer can approach SBI / LIC.

Can any one give a feedback ?

I bought a plot for Rs 3200 on 27 July. what worries me is that they are projecting themselves as Zonasha, but they are not Zonasha! I got a set of documents. Going to get them veified by a lawyer today.

I saw SBI investigation report. looks clean. LIC and SBI both financing the project. I spoke to them both.

Two Lawyers gave go ahead for this project. I dont think there is any legal issue for this project.

I spoke to SBI today. They are now financing the project.
