I'm planning to book a site here. Heard that they still haven't got the A khata, Transfer docuements and BBMP approval for construction. They told they will get them all very soon. Let me know if anybody is having any details about this project.

Please let me know the price you booked and how much % is the loan amont and from which bank.Did you do legal verification.

They haven't received A khata yet. still the property is not registered in Harmony proprietor name. Without A katha no bank will provide loan... Awaiting for A Katha to book site in this location. Price quoted is bt 1900 to 2150 / sqft..

How can you guys book plots even without confirming whether the layout has got 'A' katha approved..
Please make sure you book only when everything is clear
Also the 'A' katha is for the whole layout not for your individual sites
Please read instances of OM Balaji Jasmines etc.,
Get all docs, Check them. If the builder is not giving a chance to do that.. Never go to him..

I have booked a site at Origin Harmony Grove and have also signed the agreement. I have sent a request to google group owner 2 weeks back to join that google group but have not received any response. Plz respond to my request.
