If the iron is 415 grade, it is highly likely that it is a re-rolled steel. 49.5K, you could get a good 500 grade ore steel !!

TMT - thermo mechanically treated...all steel bars are called TMT bars. Call bhuwalka & ask them what is theirTMT FE grade?? Their phone number is on their web page. Other steel traders - Srinivasa steel - Manju - 9886053033. He only deals in 500 grade iron.

Y'day I got estimation from kavitha for 920ft borewell, they have neg price 94K on other hand Jinnani has given for 87K.
Kavitha is claiming they providing good HDPE pipe (Raksha) while Jinani provides (PRIME). I don't know how much true.

rishi hdpe 40mm 10kg pipe 270 meters rs80 per meter + tax

n without bill they have included panel board adarsh brand rs 2000
finolex cable 2.5mm 92 meters rs60 per meter
transportation end fittings
erection charges
borewell clamp

total amount i paid is rs31500 including tax

i enquired few shops before goin to them all were quating the same price some people were increasing the the price in cable n some in pipes n other things at the end of the day it would come to the same total n the borewell guy quoted 30k for the same but n didnt coz i know his tricks n same with the sp road shops ...for ex some may reduce the pipe price rs75 rishi pipe but they dont for motor rs14600

i just went to kavita gave the drilling details they gave quotation 32500 since i know the prices n already calculated the budget so asked him to reduce 2500 but he reduced rs1000 but still happy coz i didnt check the materials i just paid the money n told him that i will pay the rest when i get the delivery n they delivered the motor on the said time n gave all the which i asked for materials n the mechanic did his job n took the money very professional

u can still nego with kavita tell them ur buying now i know that they r lil more pricy compare to others but they give good materials n service

i too had inquired overall budget did not change much,while Kavitha is main dealer and their clear-cut dealings,professional and timely deliver and keeping the time etc was,made me recommend.These qualities are in short supply nowadays.
