do they take inner body measurement or the outer body

You need to take inner body measurement. Lot of people try to cheat with volumes. If you find a reliable person then it is better to stick to him.

Do you any one have contact for getting good sized stone (large stones) for house foundation. I checked with nearby, its around 8 Rs to 9 Rs per stone at site. Even stones are not consistent too.

Finally I got to know the secret behind this rate. (@18 Rs for 20mm) .
When I went to buy it, that guy said this doesnt include transportation cost.
Transportation cost is 15ps per cft per kilometer. Any not to forget, the load comes from Bidadi. I ended up finding that the cost goes higher than 24 Rs.
So Im back to the vendors who are selling at 24Rs including transportation.
