Hi Vamsee/Nagarjun,

I'm also looking out to buy a plot in incity layout.
I was wondering how correct are the paper's legality. Can you please guide me or pass on some information about any legal issues in the vicinity or some suggestions that i should know before going forward.

I have a plot in this layout bought in 2012.some sites(12 sites) in 2nd and 3rd cross have legal issues.Rest of the sites are fine.

Nagarjun,

On Dec 22 received a mail from incity layout association saying "We have just received an intimation that the Court case pending for the last 2 years affecting 16 sites in 2nd Cross and 3rd Cross is resolved and Judgement is pronounced favouring Site owners. The other details are yet to be known." Can you please share if you have more info on this.
