Is this layout also called as Duo South County that the Duo guys are offering at 2500/sft or is it a different one?

@veeren i think only after BWSSB NOC BDA approves the layout plan ... maybe others who know about this can comment
today when i went to the layout workers who were working on the BBMP road were not to be seen .. only road leveling was done and no tar so far but i could see machines parked on one side .. not sure if they are planning to tar the road or not
on the other hand inside the layout tar roads were being laid and cabling work was happening ... also saw soil test or some such thing going on for metro on the main road

Hi,
The buyers in Phase-2, can put some pressure on Duo for speedy completion of the work including parks, clubhouse etc. Since the new buyers have not paid the full amount, Duo is more inclined to listen to them. Regarding ground water, since the layout has a bit of slope, i heard that for some plots ground water level is very deep while for others it is fine. Are there any parks in the Phase-2 plan ? What is Duo saying about club-house construction ? For Phase-1, I have not heard of any legal issues so far and I hope that it remains so in the future.

Hi All,
Anybody know more about the layout next to the Duo south county there is a layout called VishnuPriya Green(Not sure the name) which is a villa plots (60 X 100)Size today i went to the Duo county layout and when i went there i also saw some people next to the Duo county layout since the same road so i thught of checking with them and i also had a discussion with the security people there and the price in that layout really very low then the Duo any body know more about it please share us since i am almost decided to go with Duo.Phase 1 guys may know more about this.

Oh which side is this project that you are talking about? AFAIK on the opposite side of duo there is maruthi layout and another layout called sro layout .. both are DC converted layouts ... is it before you reach duo in front of the temple? I also saw some construction going on there today

Hi Saibabu,
No it is next to the Duo County towords Nice road ( imean to cross the nice road flyover),they have constructed a welfare society home aswell which we can see on the road(of course looks very odd without doors and windows).

60 x 100 = 6000 sqft is really a huge size and should cost upward of a crore IF the layout has proper approvals. I suspect this to be revenue layout i.e. not even DC converted and hence the price would be low. Since Duo City is BDA approved its price would be much higher than layouts in the vicinity without proper approvals.

I agree with sriram. There are also dc converted sites available at lesser price even on the other side near new central jail also.
@sriram When asked about the clubhouse etc they said it will done one 100% release is done but I dont have much hopes on this

Also I heard that an association is formed for phase 1 already are you aware of that?

I dont think Duo has intention or money for building the club-house. There is an association for Phase-I but the the association meetings are held 2-3 times in a year due to lack of participation from the members. I think now some new office bearers are to be elected but since hardly 10-15 people turn up this is getting postponed from March. If the road is tarred in 1-2 months then more people would be looking at house construction and the resident association would be more active.

I also feel the clubhouse is not likely to happen. Maybe the maintenance charges that they are charging can at least be paid directly to association if it is functioning well.
How many of the people in this thread are buying \ bought for investment and how many for construction? It would be good know.
I am looking for construction.
