Do you get approvals for conversion if the land is "around 5 acres"??? The posts are over 2 years old....did you manage any conversion approval???? The whole idea of farm house is very tempting, I only wish that the proposals & the parties are genunine. Reason: No one waits for people to come on board & start the conversion process, if the intention is to change the status of the land. They straight away get the formalities done & then go for a outrisght sale. If the proposal & the property is tempting, it gets sold as hot cakes, with a premium ofcourse.

This reminds me of another post, where a group advertises themselves as a IT professionals who get into property development !!
