Thanks for sharing this information though it is disappointing. Looks like people who don't get the allotment would get their money back only in September (or later) if they start the process right away. Paying interest from April 1st is still in discussion.

This is not fair, our money is blocked.

Any update on when BDA will publish the selection list? Will they publish on june 15 ?

If some one is allotted a site, how long do they give to pay the remaining amount and when will they register the site?

KG Layout 2nd Block and 1st Block Site Allotees be aware, you may end up breathing stench of Kannahalli Garbage processing unit.

One can feel the stench in the heart (main Road) of the Kannahalli village, One can also feel the stench around Big Shiva Temple too.

Before buying the allotted site, visit the site to make sure you do not feel the stench from the site, buy the site only if you don't feel the stench and if you feel the site is at safe distance from Garbage processing unit.

The stench is not felt from SMVL 2nd/4th/6th Blocks Sites (which are located before nice road). Infact the Garbage processing unit is far away (4/5 KMs) from this blocks.

Garbage processing unit in BSK 6th stage is located just behind BSK 6th Stage 5th Block, just 1/1.5 KM from 100 Ft Road, Garbage Dumping and Commencement of Garbage processing unit is yet to start in BSK 6th stage, One can imagine how Garbage processing unit will affect sites in BSK 6th Stage 3rd/4th/5th/6th and 7th blocks in BSK 6th Stage, if one has experienced stench from Kannahalli village main road. So people be aware if you have plans to buy site(s) in BSK 6th Stage 3rd/4th/5th/6th and 7th blocks.

Where are 1st and 2nd block of KG layout?

Another query here: i see many news these days about not allowing homes to be be built (i.e. not approving the building plan) within a distance of 75ft (or meters, not sure) from the lake edge and 50ft from the edge of rajakaluve. However I can see that plots are being built in Kempegowda layout within this distance, atleast near Sulikere/Ramasandra lake.
Is this not gross violation by a government body? Or I may have misunderstood their rule. Can someone please enlighten me about this rule and the circumstances under which it applies?
I have a plot in a BDA approved layout nearby. I haven't measured the distance from the sulikere lake or the rajakaluve being built from sulikere but i'm worried a bit now.
