I think origin and happy garden started off as the same layout. The layout plan for happy garden shows the origin layout as well.
The earlier name of happy garden is 'cybercity.'

happy garden is not A Khata.

Approach road for happy garden is through origin layout.

Origin Build-con (never heard off) seems like is pulling off a perfect con job. This builder has no legitimate credential. Please be very careful about this project, the land in Seegehalli as advertised in their project is under litigation. Certain pre-registered plots with KHATA account have been illegally encroached upon by these guys, and court has issued stay notice. Beware and do NOT let these guys get away with your hard earned money.

Yes, it is a known fact that certain parcel of land was under litigation...over course of time(since last few months) this has been resolved and court has issued a resolution order/aggrievd parties has resolved it....builder provided the doc. evidence...lawyers have checked it.....if there is any specific issue, then please highlight it as it would help many...
Note:- I have purchased there(have made an agreement) after lawyer verification....

Even I have purchased after the document verification by my lawyer(s). Even Banks have approved this project for loan only last week after the transfer of property to the Builders name..... I know 'n' numbers of lawyers have scrutinized this property documents................ Honestly can you please be specific?
