I would like to buy a plot in this layout. Those who already buoght a plot here can kindly provide the future growth of this layout. I visited this layout and the layout is around 3 kms from NH4 and currently looks isolated not having any major development. I am looking for residential plot and I will go for construction in another 2 years. Kindly provide the credibility of the layout, documents and future growth of this area so that I will go ahead for purchase.

One of my friend's friend booked a plot in 2013 but he had to cancel because of slow development work, legal opinion was neutral and only 2 acres land is owned by developer.... so on. He told me that location is good.

Is there anyone filed cheque bounce case against OmBalaji?

Please help me to get the case number. Even i booked site and get the agreement done. But endup with cheque bounce case instead of site.
