As per the prajavani e-paper link which was shared by Mr. Hiremath, BDA commissioner Rajkumar Khatri has clarified that they have sent the letter seeking bank and other details to both successful and unsuccessful allottees to make sure that the initial deposit amount can be sent back also to those whose name was in the provisional list but was removed from the final revised list due to various reasons. And there is no other intention for this. So I think we can all send the details now even they had given the date as 20th Aug.

But one thing I still don't get is that, why do they need the bank account details now again when all of us had already furnished these details in the application form itself.

My name is in the provisional list but I have not received the letter - am not sure what to do - should I send my bank details proactively?

Can someone post an image of the letter (both front and back) - this will help me (and others) to send out these details to BDA.

First thing No one Will give you the image or copy of the letter because some of the information is confidential.
Second thing: Please check today, May be you are getting the letter today/tomorrow.

My suggestion is do not send any info until you get the letter.

looks like this is another game plan for BDA to drag the refund process further.....another point - these letters were sent on 23rd, but why the hell they set the last date as 20th-Aug? is it a clerical error by BDA officials? yesterday they have issued a notification about these letters but again they didnt mention about the last date...

You are right.

BDA is buying the time. This will drag another two to three weeks. Enough interest they are getting from the initial deposit.

As written by sajan according to my understanding is the final list ready ? because whose name was in the provisional list but was removed from the final revised list due to various reasons.can any one correct me if i am wrong.
